If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email confirmation).
Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Assembled or installed furniture
Custom-made or special-order products
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Please check product details carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Return Process
Submit a Request
Contact our support team at echowigs613@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide the return instructions.
Ship Your Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address we provide.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Exchanges
We currently offer direct exchange.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it following the steps above and place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Your order number and contact details
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation — at no extra cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check your PayPal account again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time to post your refund.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, please email us for assistance.
