All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

We currently ship within the United States only.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of all furniture items.

4. Tracking Your Order

You can use this number to check the real-time status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Delivery
A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once your order is on its way.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Echowig is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care in packaging our products.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Our team will review your case and assist you with a replacement or refund if applicable.
7. Shipping Fees
Additional fees may apply for oversized furniture or remote delivery locations. You will be notified before processing.
8. Delivery Delays
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, customs delays, carrier issues) may cause shipping delays.
While these are outside our control, we’ll work closely with our carriers to minimize any inconvenience.
